Sdiptech AB (publ) - the Nomination Committee proposes new board members

The Nomination Committee of Sdiptech AB (publ) will propose Birgitta Henriksson and Urban Doverholt as new board members at the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2019. The current board members Jan Samuelson, Ashkan Pouya, Johnny Alvarsson and Markus Sjöholm will be nominated for re-election. Saeid Esmaeilzadeh and Katarina Lundblad-Pinnekamp decline re-election. Jan Samuelson will be proposed for re-election as chairman.

Birgitta Henriksson is a partner of the Brunswick Group and a board member of Stillfront Group AB. Birgitta works as an advisor to boards and management regarding matters such as strategic media positioning and capital market issues. She has been Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at D. Carnegie & Co AB and, among other things, worked with valuation issues in connection with company acquisitions at Carnegie Investment Banking. Birgitta holds a degree in business economics from Uppsala and Stockholm University.

Urban Doverholt is Chairman of the Board of SEM Group and Vice Chairman of Säkerhetsbranschen, and former CEO of ASSA AB within Assa Abloy. Urban has also been Interim Scandinavian Manager for the Assa Abloy and Head of Global Services for BAE Systems Hägglunds AB. Urban holds a M.Sc. Degree from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and further education at IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.

The Nomination Committee's complete proposal will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting and on the company's website.

The Nomination Committee consists of Marcus Wahlberg (representing Elementa Management) Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Saeid Esmaeilzadeh (representing Serendipity Group AB), Magnus Skåninger (representing Swedbank Robur Fonder), and Jan Samuelson (Chairman of the Board of Directors).
